Technical Competencies :

  • Min. S1 - Any Discipline, has experience studying abroad (preferably)
  • 2-3 Years experiences
  • Proven B2B consultative sales skills (solution selling, proposal writing, complex deals)
  • Comfortable with C-level conversations
  • Consultative mindset & storytelling ability.
  • Cross-cultural communication.
  • Patience for long sales cycles.
  • Strong networking in business & government forums.
  • Strong knowledge of innovation frameworks, ESG, startup ecosystem.

Main Activities :

  • Conduct research and identify new business opportunities- including new markets, grow areas, trends, customers, partnerships, product and services- or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Connecting the dots from pain point clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with current customers while attracting new ones
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders, then coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • New business opportunity means based on client's profile (Multinational, local or Government) accordingly
  • Doing consultative selling - from getting insight on clients needs, presenting solution to closing deal.
