We're looking for a Performance E-Commerce Associate who enjoys working with data and improving online sales. Responsibilities
- Report and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales data, customer behavior, store/channel performance, CTR, CVR, SEO, and digital advertising effectiveness
- Assist in troubleshooting performance issues and recommend solutions based on data insights
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in e-commerce operations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, Meta Ads features, and Google Ads features
- Detail-oriented, proactive, open-minded, adaptable, inquisitive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
