Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (preferred)
Proficient in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP, Microsoft Office, and other rendering applications
Able to prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and unit price analysis
Understanding of material types and prices
Able to present and communicate effectively
Job Description:
Creating working drawings and structural calculations
Supervising construction work and ensuring compliance with working drawing details
Conducting site visits/surveys for structural validation
Designing and creating 2D & 3D structural drawings
Adjusting or revising drawings as needed
Surveying and measuring potential project sites
Implementing input and requests from potential clients/clients
Explaining and ensuring projects proceed according to plan
