Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Logistics and General Affairs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office inventory, coordinating with vendors, handling general affairs, and supporting event logistics. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and monitor office inventory, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Act as the PIC for packing, shipping, and distribution for event's needs.
- Pack and prepare items for events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Support logistics requirements during events, including setup and on-site operations.
- Handle general affairs matters outside of events, such as facility maintenance and office needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and vendor communications.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum education High School or equivalent (no degree required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, general affairs, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to work fully on-site (South Jakarta).
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Integrity, responsibility, and a positive working attitude are essential.
