We're Hiring: Curriculum Developer - 21st Century Skills & Education Technology

We're looking for a passionate and innovative Curriculum Developer to design and integrate hands-on, technology-enhanced learning experiences that ignite curiosity and mastery in STEM and digital literacy for children aged 4–12.
As part of our Academic Development team, you will play a key role in shaping interdisciplinary, project-based curriculum modules that blend technology, coding, design thinking, and language learning, empowering both students and teachers within the Genstarkids framework.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Innovative Curriculum Design
: Develop engaging, age-appropriate learning modules that embed STEM, digital literacy, and 21st-century skills aligned with Genstarkids' educational standards. - Content Creation & Integration
: Design interdisciplinary projects such as coding, robotics basics, digital storytelling, and AI exploration supported by digital lesson plans, multimedia resources, and LMS-ready content. - Teacher Empowerment
: Lead internal training workshops to build teacher confidence in technology integration and computational thinking, providing clear guides and troubleshooting support. - Collaboration & Tech Evaluation
: Work closely with LMS and training teams to organize digital resources, evaluate new educational tools, and recommend pilots to continuously enhance our offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Technology, Computer Education, Instructional Design, or STEM Education. - Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in EdTech curriculum design or technology-enhanced teaching for children ages 4–12.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of project-based learning, design thinking, and STEAM integration.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and children's coding or creative software (e.g., Scratch, Tynker).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of 21st-century learning frameworks (4Cs + Computational Thinking) and the ability to translate these into practical, engaging curriculum content.
- Expertise in translating complex tech concepts into fun, child-friendly learning experiences.
- Proficiency in digital content creation including lesson plans, activity sheets, and instructional videos.
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Curious, innovative, and adaptable with a passion for educational technology.
