The Business Development Manager will be responsible to develop and implement growth strategies through business innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across both educational and non-educational business units. Ensure the organization's sustainability and competitiveness by creating new business opportunities that align with market needs as well as the institution's vision and mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, programs, services, and collaborations that support both the school and its external business units.
  • Develop and implement business growth plans and strategies for the school's current business units such as day-care, training programs, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors, sponsors, media, and community institutions.
  • Lead project planning, proposals, negotiations, and partnership agreements to strengthen the school's business and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategies and drive innovation in both educational and non-educational sectors.
  • Oversee the implementation of business development projects to ensure they align with the institution's objectives and values.
  • Report progress, achievements, and insights to management to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
