Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development & Sales role at Whale Tech. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.
We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Sales Executive. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and sales strategies.
As a Whale Key Account Sales Executive, You Will:
- Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Building long-term trusting relationship with customers and ensuring smooth follow-up.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Managing the entire sales process including negotiation and closing agreements to maximize revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Meeting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies.
- Prior experience with retail banking, finance, or investor customers is a plus.
- Self-motivated with highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
