About the role
As a Project Supervisor at PT MBH Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. With your strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. This position is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for the technical execution of work in the field.
- Thoroughly understand concrete/steel structural drawings and technical specifications to serve as a guideline for on-site work execution.
- Supervise, monitor, evaluate, and provide corrective measures/warnings for any deviations from the plan or standards during field work.
- Inspect and check the results of on-site work execution to ensure compliance with required technical specifications.
- Conduct Finishing Quality Control (QC) and ensure the results meet professional standards.
- Control and monitor all project needs and promptly report them to the Project Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and occupational safety (K3/HSE) on the project site.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on work execution progress.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Field Supervisor in the contractor/construction field.
- Experience in hotel, apartment, and shopping mall projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under strict deadlines.
- Possess strong qualities: Assertive, disciplined, and communicative.
