Job Description:

  • Handle all administrative processes related to expatriate employment, including RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, and other legal documents.
  • ⁠Coordinate with government institutions (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Local Manpower Office).
  • Maintain and update the expatriate legal documentation database regularly.
  • ⁠Act as a liaison between the company and expatriates for administrative and formalities matters.
  • ⁠Assist in scheduling and escorting expatriates during formalities processes, inspections, or government visits.
  • ⁠Support expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • ⁠Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian labor and immigration laws.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • ⁠At least 1–2 years of experience in expatriate formalities or HR administration.
  • ⁠Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate permit procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (preferably)
  • ⁠Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to work with high confidentiality and under tight deadlines.
