Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR representative in the assigned region and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including organize employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee facilities, office operations, and company assets.
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of office needs (supplies, utilities, vehicles, equipment).
  • Manage vendors and procurement for HR&GA services.
  • Resolving industrial relation issue
  • Handle HR & GA administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in a regional/multisite role.
  • Fluent in English Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
