Responsibilities:
- Act as HR representative in the assigned region and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including organize employee engagement activities.
- Oversee facilities, office operations, and company assets.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of office needs (supplies, utilities, vehicles, equipment).
- Manage vendors and procurement for HR&GA services.
- Resolving industrial relation issue
- Handle HR & GA administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in a regional/multisite role.
- Fluent in English Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
