The
General Administrator
will support daily operations by managing a wide range of administrative, financial, and logistical tasks. This role involves coordinating office activities, handling documentation and records, supporting staff needs, and assisting cross-department functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer surety bonds (bid, performance, down payment, maintenance) from documentation to issuance and payment.
- Manage insurance processes for crew, personnel, and cargo, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
- Coordinate travel and logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, and approvals.
- Provide operational support: meeting arrangements, driver reimbursements, vehicle services, and procurement.
- Handle financial and administrative tasks such as payments, petty cash, records, and reporting.
- Oversee cooperative (koperasi) activities: loans, savings, refunds, and financial reporting for staff.
- Support leadership requests, reimbursements, vehicle sales, and cross-department needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
