Job Summary:
- Ensure effective implementation of internal quality assurance systems in non-academic area
- Maintain compliance in BINUS University with valid government and accreditation requirement
- Provide accurate data and appropriate analysis required related to internal quality assurance systems
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in quality assurance, documentation, or accreditation support.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
- Experience in process improvement and business process development.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across various departments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for document control, reporting, and process tracking.
