We are a growing wood manufacturing company with a strong export orientation. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient product distribution and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product distribution processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee sales and shipment activities to support company targets.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and marketing teams to maintain a smooth supply chain flow.
- Analyze and evaluate distribution performance for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management-level role, preferably in furniture manufacturing, export, or forwarding/logistics.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications related to distribution, sales, and data analysis.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Age between 28–34 years old.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work under target-oriented environments.
