Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process import documentation in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of imported goods.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations, customs requirements, and trade policies.
- Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely arrival and delivery.
- Collect, review, and analyze logistics cost data to optimize import expenses.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customs authorities and logistics vendors.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on import performance, including cost analysis and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems is an advantage.
