Job Description
- Provide administrative support for HRBP initiatives and projects.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Monitor and update HR dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow up on project deliverables.
- Support HRBP team in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain organized records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Open for fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience with relevant experience in project administration, HR support, or data reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to use basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF statements) to support reporting and data processing needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn HR and project management practices.
