As an Asset Protection Supervisor, you will be responsible for investigating incidents related to the company both on-site and off-site. You will conduct in-depth analysis, draw conclusions, and recommend preventive mitigation actions. You will also ensure the effective implementation of the National Vital Object (Obvitnas) security management system in accordance with company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Former Police or Military background is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the security field, with at least 2 years as an Investigator
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas or Mining industry
- Valid professional certifications: Gada Utama, TNI/Polri-recognized training, ESDM/BNSP (POP/POM), or other relevant institutions
- Strong foundation in Security Management
- Skilled in surveillance, security risk analysis, and conducting investigations (including interviews, reports, and case analysis)
- Adaptive, persuasive, and able to negotiate effectively
- High integrity and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proven leadership to guide and develop a team
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of safety (K3) principles
