Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (preferably in construction, utilities or water treatment industry)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in negotiation with local and international vendors/suppliers
- Good understanding of procurement procedures, contracts and applicable regulations
- Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company
Tasks & responsibilities
- Execute and develop the procurement process of goods and services required by users from both local and international suppliers
- Conduct supplier evaluation and selection to ensure quality, price competitiveness and on-time delivery according to project/operational requirements
- Prepare, process and administer procurement documents (RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase order, contract, etc.)
- Perform negotiation on price, payment terms, and delivery conditions with vendors/suppliers
- Monitor the delivery process of goods/services to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for sustainable cooperation
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure procurement activities support project and company operations effectively
