Job description

  • Handling customer's complain and give information.
  • Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen with Minimum Diploma in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred
  • Prefer having customer service or similar related working experience, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proficient at Mandarin at min HSK level 3
  • Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in using basic office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Ready to work on shifting
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
