Job description
- Handling customer's complain and give information.
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen with Minimum Diploma in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred
- Prefer having customer service or similar related working experience, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient at Mandarin at min HSK level 3
- Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in using basic office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ready to work on shifting
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
