DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all HR recruitment functions, including providing recommendations to users based on assessment results.

  • Approving the administrative feasibility of promotions, transfers, demotions, appointments, and contract extensions for employees.

  • Responsible for the security of employee personal files in accordance with standards.

  • Conducting supervision and evaluation of all human resources within the company, capable of creating competency matrices.

  • Developing and implementing HR and GA policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines.

  • Analyzing and checking payroll in Mekari Talenta.

  • Able to create an internal audit plan for ISO 9001:2015 and follow up on it.

  • Managing salaries, incentives, bonuses, and allowances.

  • Managing participation in BPJS Health and Labor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as an HR Manager.

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management.

Strong leadership skills, able to coordinate a team.

People development skills.

Ability to operate the Talenta HRIS system.

Experience related to ISO 9001:2015, minimum as an Internal Auditor.
