DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all HR recruitment functions, including providing recommendations to users based on assessment results.
Approving the administrative feasibility of promotions, transfers, demotions, appointments, and contract extensions for employees.
Responsible for the security of employee personal files in accordance with standards.
Conducting supervision and evaluation of all human resources within the company, capable of creating competency matrices.
Developing and implementing HR and GA policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Analyzing and checking payroll in Mekari Talenta.
Able to create an internal audit plan for ISO 9001:2015 and follow up on it.
Managing salaries, incentives, bonuses, and allowances.
Managing participation in BPJS Health and Labor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as an HR Manager.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management.
Strong leadership skills, able to coordinate a team.
People development skills.
Ability to operate the Talenta HRIS system.
Experience related to ISO 9001:2015, minimum as an Internal Auditor.
