Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, environmental management, and building/factory utility systems.
  • Having a General OHS (AK3 Umum) or HSE Officer certification is an advantage.

Responsibilites:

  • Oversee the efficient operation of office, factory, and supporting facilities, including utilities such as electricity, water, HVAC systems, and generators.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and repair plans for buildings, utilities, and production equipment.
  • Manage and monitor company assets related to facilities, ensuring cost control and optimal resource utilization.
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs aligned with government regulations and food industry standards.
  • Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, ensuring compliance with PPE requirements and environmental conditions.
  • Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead HSE training sessions, emergency drills, and awareness initiatives for employees.
  • Supervise waste management processes for hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, timely HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities.
