About the role
As a Visual Merchandiser at PT Lampbond Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing product displays in our retail stores located in Benda Banten. This full-time role is crucial in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with the retail team to implement effective merchandising strategies and ensure our stores maintain an attractive and cohesive brand presence.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and executing dynamic in-store product displays and layouts to showcase our merchandise in the most compelling way
- Collaborating with the marketing and retail teams to align visual merchandising with broader brand and promotional strategies
- Ensuring stores are maintained to the highest visual standards, including regularly updating displays, replenishing stock, and keeping the retail space clean and organised
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of visual merchandising and drive sales
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
- Mentoring and training the retail team on effective merchandising techniques
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to conceptualise and execute visually appealing product displays
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Solid understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour
- Proficient in using visual merchandising tools and software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
