We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead advertising and promotional activities for our beauty product lines. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in beauty or lifestyle brands, excellent advertising knowledge, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing , implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Present ideas to management for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budgets, etc.
  • Manage all the various KOL and also affiliate channels.
  • Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, displays, and printed channels, etc.
  • Conduct product training when needed.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities.
  • Create, develop, monitor and evaluate various strategies including risks and challenges in very branding, marketing & selling plan to achieve company goals and take full responsibility for every plan, risk and problem faced in carrying out the work
  • Create, develop, evaluate and be responsible for developing the skills of the team under him, both hard skills and soft skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with proven success in developing impactful ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing a team or external vendors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with influencers, KOLs, and beauty communities.
  • Knowledge of design, branding, and content marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
