Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Specialist located in Sukabumi. The Pattern Specialist will be responsible for interpreting design sketches and creating accurate patterns, modifying existing patterns to achieve desired fits, and ensuring that patterns adhere to technical specifications. The role also includes collaborating with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure that patterns meet quality and efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- Must have a background in the garment industry (factory/garment buying agent)
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Teamwork attitude with good interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated, resourceful, creative problem-solver, and hands-on worker
- A team player, but able to work independently
- Able to make pattern, grading and market costing
- Should be able to read and understand the buyer's comment and size spec
- Proficient computer skills
- Should have experience operating Lectra, Optitex
