Role Description: Digital Content Creator Intern (On-site – Tangerang)
PT. Neotek Inovasi Global is looking for a Digital Content Creator Intern to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and creative content production.
As part of our team, you will assist in developing, editing, and managing engaging digital content for social media and other online platforms. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, conduct market research, analyze engagement data, and help ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing multimedia content (images, videos, and written posts)
- Support the management of social media platforms and posting schedules
- Conduct market research to identify content trends and audience preferences
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and brand identity
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital content creation and social media marketing
- Basic skills in photo/video editing and creative writing
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
