Job Role as a Videographer & Editor under the Marketing Communication team, you will be responsible for producing compelling video content that supports brand communication, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives. You will handle the entire video process — from planning, shooting, and directing, to editing and delivering final outputs across multiple platforms.

Job Description

  • Pre-Production & Production

  • Plan and execute end-to-end video production (pre-production, shooting, and editing).

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communication team to translate campaign ideas into engaging visual content.
  • Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for various shooting settings.
  • Direct on-set style, framing, and capture key visual moments effectively.
  • Creatively determine camera angles and visual composition.
  • Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and used responsibly.

  • Post-Production

  • Edit videos for different platforms (social media, digital ads, website, and internal communications).

  • Perform color correction, sound design, and simple motion graphics when needed.
  • Manage and organize video assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet creative and strategic objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest video trends, techniques, and content formats.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and attention to detail in every project.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Videographer and Editor.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with social media and video content trends.
  • Portfolio or showreel is required for application.
