Responsibilities:

Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the documents / drawings / specs provided.
Calculates work volumes from architectural drawings (quantity take-off).
Prepares cost estimates (BOQ and Budget Plans) and unit price analyses.
Monitor and update prices.
Create a project implementation time (time schedule).
Making project tender.
Price negotiating with supplier and contractor.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Understanding Architectural Drawings and Design
Able to read and interpret working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
Understands the relationship between design elements: structure, MEP, and architecture.
Knowledgeable about building materials and their characteristics (function, cost, durability, aesthetics).
Understands SNI/AHSP standards for construction cost calculations.
Aware of factors affecting project costs (location, materials, labor, inflation).
Mastering software: AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft office.
