Responsibilities:
- Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the documents / drawings / specs provided.
- Calculates work volumes from architectural drawings (quantity take-off).
- Prepares cost estimates (BOQ and Budget Plans) and unit price analyses.
- Monitor and update prices.
- Create a project implementation time (time schedule).
- Making project tender.
- Price negotiating with supplier and contractor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Understanding Architectural Drawings and Design
- Able to read and interpret working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
- Understands the relationship between design elements: structure, MEP, and architecture.
- Knowledgeable about building materials and their characteristics (function, cost, durability, aesthetics).
- Understands SNI/AHSP standards for construction cost calculations.
- Aware of factors affecting project costs (location, materials, labor, inflation).
- Mastering software: AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft office.
