Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from reputable University
Minimum 10 years experience in a management role in the construction industry
Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin will be a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Have good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, and result oriented
Have strong decision-making abilities
Have ability to manage team to reach company target
Have good knowledge in technically & project management

Being an intermediary between the leadership /top management in the processing of the company
Able and responsive to company problems and have problem solving analysis
Able to provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
Understand and be able to supervise subordinates and all employees to comply with the SOPs that have been set by the company
Supervise all departments and must be able to work well together to solve problems and also help with problems that arise

Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations

11. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
