Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the OPS team to define and communicate hospital (RS) requirements during discussions on SIMRS implementation
- Collect and analyze requirements for medical data forms/services, then compile and submit reports to the Head of MISA
- Review and evaluate SIMRS wireframes with the Head of MISA, ensuring alignment with gathered requirements
- Train and support the Operational Team and end-users in operating and managing the Nexmedis SIMRS
- Travel for business assignments (2-4 times per month) as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Medicine, Nursing, or Medical Records
- Minimum 2 years of hospital work experience
- Experience participating in hospital accreditation processes
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and operations
- Knowledge of hospital data flows and metadata requirements, including reporting for the Ministry of Health (Dinkes) and BPJS
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (SIMRS) and their interaction with healthcare professionals' workflows
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with hospital management and Dinkes, including participation in coordination meetings
- Knowledge of formal documentation formats (e.g., TOR, RAB, KAK) for communications with management and government health agencies is a plus
- Training and public speaking experience will be an advantage
