Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved.
- Monitor and control the NG (non‑good) rate to improve overall productivity.
- Analyze machine capacity, downtime, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
