Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Hospital/Business Unit Human Capital team and the Corporate Human Capital pillars (Talent Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
- Support the Hospital HC Unit Head in translating corporate HR strategies into actionable local initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures across the hospital and its subsidiaries.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between management, employees, and corporate HR.
- Provide advisory support on HR-related issues, including manpower planning, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage industrial relations activities, including handling disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and coordination with external stakeholders (unions, labor departments, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify gaps and recommend HR solutions to drive performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Corporate HC pillars on special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in HR Business Partner and/or Industrial Relations roles.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and hospital HR operations.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
