How you create impact- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users (onsite and remote) for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware in line with corporate standards.
- Manage endpoint devices through RMM/MDM/EMM platforms.
- Support IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
- Monitor performance issues (e.g., server resources, network bottlenecks) and propose improvements.
- Ensure security compliance through patch management, antivirus, access controls, and adherence to IT policies.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation: incident logs, asset inventories, configurations, and SOPs.
- Assist with IT procurement: sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating delivery and vendor support.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and decommissioning.
- Participate in IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts, process improvements).
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues across end‑user devices and peripherals.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and mobile platforms; familiarity with Linux/MacOS is a plus.
- Experience with servers, storage, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), and backup solutions.
- Solid understanding of IT security practices (patching, antivirus, access controls, compliance).
- Ability to manage IT procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Structured, methodical, and professional work approach with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
