Account Manager / Sales B2B for IT System Integrator Division (Project)

Sales professional responsible for selling IT project solutions (tender or direct) to the IT System Integration division. Responsible for finding new projects, developing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Main Duties
  • Find and manage new customers or end users (B2B), selling products in IT Project for product and solution division.
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategy.
  • Meeting, presenting, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customers is a must.
  • Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communicating with new customers and/or partners or principals to achieve target quarterly gross profit.
  • Responsible for building, managing overall relationship with customer and being the PIC of contact.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing customers with generating new coverage and customers.
  • Achieve sales through direct sales (End User).
  • Act as key interface between customer and all relevant divisions.
  • Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.
Requirements
  • Have own vehicle (motor/car) and laptop.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Project IT Product.
  • Own database/customer list coverage from existing accounts (own networking) is a must (End User / Project).
  • Strong background and experience in tender process & creating projects from beginning to end.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written actively, and Mandarin passive.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, self‑motivated.
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready for business trips outside Jabodetabek for projects.
