Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related major.
- Good knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts and practices.
- Strong understanding the principles of talent management, employee development, labor law.
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
Job descriptions:
- Develop and implement strategies related to Human Capital & General Affair, that are aligned with the company's business goals.
- Monitor recruitment strategy and implementation, and involved on Organization Development.
- Responsibility for the manpower budget planning and delivery
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with the labor law and relevant regulations.
- Prepare all required documents such as RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, MERP, Visa, etc. for foreign workers / expatriates who will work at the company.
