As the Head of Human Capital for Blibli OMG, you'll lead the people and organization agenda for our growing retail ecosystem. You'll oversee the full spectrum of Human Capital — from organization design, talent acquisition, and learning to engagement, rewards, and operations. As a strategic partner to the business, you'll balance people and business priorities, drive transformation, and nurture a culture where performance and care go hand in hand.

What We'll Work on Together

  • Lead the end-to-end Human Capital function across all Blibli OMG business units.
  • Design and execute people strategies that align with business growth and transformation goals.
  • Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, learning, development, and retention.
  • Strengthen organizational capability through performance and culture programs.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed effective change management and workforce planning.
  • Ensure alignment with Blibli Group's overall Human Capital strategy and values.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in a leadership or Head of HR role.
  • Proven track record in leading full-spectrum HR functions and strategic people initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the retail, FMCG, or service industry is highly preferred.
