The Brand & Marketing Head is responsible for developing and maintainingthe brand’s image and reputation. This includes managing the brand’svisual identity, messaging, and positioning, as well as monitoring andresponding to customer feedback. A Brand & Marketing Head’s primary goalis to ensure that the brand is perceived in a positive way by customersand that it remains relevant in the marketplace.
What You Will DoDevelop and implement the brand strategy: The Brand / Marketing Headwill develop and execute plans to ensure the consistentrepresentation of the company’s brand in all aspects of thebusiness, including product design, packaging, advertising, andmarketing.
Conduct market research: The Brand / Marketing Head will conductmarket research to gather information on customer preferences,market trends, and competitor strategies to inform and guide brandstrategy.
Oversee product development: They will collaborate with productdesign and development teams to create and launch new furnitureproducts that align with the company’s brand and strategy.
Manage marketing and advertising campaigns: The Brand / MarketingHead will oversee the development and execution of marketing andadvertising campaigns that promote the furniture brand and drivesales.
Build brand awareness and loyalty: The Brand / Marketing Head willwork to build brand awareness and loyalty by developingrelationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners,and employees.
Monitor brand performance: They will regularly track and analyzebrand performance metrics, such as sales, market share, and customersatisfaction, to ensure that the brand is meeting its goals andobjectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Brand / Marketing Headwill work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, productdevelopment, and marketing, to ensure that all aspects of thebusiness support the brand strategy.
What You Will NeedYou have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or arelated field.
You have prior experience in Brand Management.
Prior experience with a global furniture company is a plus
You have strong experience in business analytics, consumer insightsdevelopment, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers.
You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker.
You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing andcoordinating with different stakeholders.
