Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Have an experience in 3-7 years for automotive CAE/simulation Experience with SolidWorks and NX Siemens software
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced automotive R&D setting
- Strong background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid
- Dynamics (CFD)
- Proficiency in multi-body dynamics (MBD) and NVH analysis
- Hands-on experience with CAE tools (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, HyperWorks, STAR-CCM+)
Job Description:
- Perform CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulations, including structural, thermal, fluid dynamics (CFD), and multi-body analysis, to support vehicle design and development
- Analyze simulation outcomes and deliver recommendations to improve overall design performance and efficiency
- Develop and validate vehicle dynamics models to assess handling, stability, and ride quality
- Conduct NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis
- Run crash and safety simulations to evaluate vehicle structural integrity and occupant protection in various impact scenarios
- Powertrain & electrification simulations
- Analyze aerodynamics, stress, and load on plastic and rubber parts Conduct aerodynamic and thermal management studies Evaluate fatigue life, durability, and lightweight materials
- Optimize material selection for weight reduction and cost-effectiveness
