Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities for IT services (e.g., software development, managed services, IT consulting, cloud, or digital solutions).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales (not hardware or license sales).
- Strong understanding of IT services offerings (software development, cloud, digital transformation, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive, well-organized, and target-driven personality.
