Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities for IT services (e.g., software development, managed services, IT consulting, cloud, or digital solutions).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales (not hardware or license sales).
  • Strong understanding of IT services offerings (software development, cloud, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and target-driven personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
