The Role
We're looking for a Sales VA to support our growing B2B operations (wholesale, distribution, and custom orders). You'll work closely with the sales team, manage key order processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales inbox: label, filter, and respond to emails regarding orders, invoices, fulfilment, warranty claims, and warehouse queries.
Process global B2B orders: invoicing, fulfilment, raising credit notes, and coordinating replacement orders using: Cin7 Core (formerly DEAR), Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, various B2B platforms.
Assist with ad hoc sales tasks: reports, data uploads, lead generation, and sample orders.
Maintain our store locator via the Stockist app.
Join team and sales meetings, as well as internal presentations.
Some tools what we use: Slack, Asana, Google Suite, MS Office
Attending meetings: weekly with the whole team, general sales meetings, and presentations.

Work Hours
Flexible hours to be discussed during the application or interview process. Availability for some coverage during Melbourne business hours and late evenings is preferred.
Full training will be provided.
