We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist – GA Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests and clients, manage calls and correspondence, and support daily administrative and office operations.
Responsibilities- Support efficient and cost-effective procurement for operational and production support needs.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement request.
- Arrange meeting room schedules, prepare refreshments, and ensure cleanliness.
- Support internal events and office activities as needed.
