We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist – GA Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests and clients, manage calls and correspondence, and support daily administrative and office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support efficient and cost-effective procurement for operational and production support needs.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
  • Assist in preparing letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement request.
  • Arrange meeting room schedules, prepare refreshments, and ensure cleanliness.

Requirements

General Affairs Administration Responsibilities
  • Manage GA administration (advance, PR, RR, settlement, contracts, petty cash, SPK, overtime, purchasing, supplier communication).
  • Support other departments in checking PR and handling requests.
  • Organize and oversee the maintenance, repairs, and resolution of expatriate housing complaints.
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendors, including cleaning services, gardening, security, and pest control.
  • Ensure regular reporting to HRD & Head of Admin.
  • Participate in school fellowships, retreats, chapel services, and other events.
  • Provide pastoral care and prayer support for staff, students, and families.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle and recreation balance.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Faculty or any major.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • A biblical worldview.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
