Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 - 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Exposure to high rise, large scale of mix used, commercial, residential, and hospitality projects are essential.
Having experience in drawing, composing, drafting, modelling, remodelling
Required Skill(s): Revit is a must
Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, PhotoShop and Lumion is a plus
Have the ability to get involved in documentation production from conceptual schematic design to construction document phase
Familiarity with local specifications and materials
Able to work in a team, hands on, result oriented
Actively speaking and writing English
