The Vice President of Digital & Information Technology is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization, developing long‑term IT strategies, and ensuring that all technology deployments support business growth in the food and construction consultancy sectors. This role requires strong leadership, a forward‑looking technology mindset, and expertise in integrating ERP, IoT, and data‑driven solutions into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement an IT strategy aligned with business priorities in engineering, food/agriculture, and construction sectors.
Lead the development, integration, and deployment of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Office 365, cloud solutions , and sector‑specific technologies such as agricultural IoT and BIM for construction .
Optimize network infrastructure and cybersecurity , including governance of data generated from IoT devices and field‑operation systems.
Build and maintain data management platforms and digital dashboards to support agriculture analytics (crop yield, soil condition) and construction analytics (project progress, resource allocation).
Establish and enforce SOPs, documentation standards, and IT policies in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 ) and engineering/industrial standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, COBIT 5, GCG, INDI 4.0 ).
Lead user support, digital adoption, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transformation and operational continuity.
Develop, mentor, and manage a high‑performing IT organization with strong agility and innovation capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major; Master’s degree preferred .
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role .
Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of IoT technologies , industrial network system & infrastructure, and machine integration within manufacturing environments.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries , preferably within the food/agriculture sector.
Knowledge of project management and IT frameworks such as ITIL , Agile , or PMBOK .
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
