As the Vertical (Product/Service) Owner – bCare Service, you will take full ownership of bTaskee's Caring Service vertical. You will lead the overall strategy, Tasker recruitment, community, and service development to ensure an excellent experience for both Taskers and customers.

This role requires strong operational and leadership skills, a deep understanding of the service industry—especially in the caring sector—and genuine empathy to maintain human-centered service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall growth, operations, and quality performance of bCare (Caring Service).
  • Design and execute effective Tasker recruitment strategies to ensure adequate and qualified supply.
  • Build and nurture a Tasker community through engagement, training, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure all Taskers understand and follow SOPs with high standards of quality and empathetic service.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., booking volume, ratings, complaints, retention) to identify improvement areas and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including training and process optimization.
  • Oversee daily operational performance and maintain supply-demand balance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry, particularly in caring, hospitality, or domestic services (e.g., elderly care, childcare, housekeeping).
  • Proven experience in field team management or community development, including recruitment and training.
  • Has certificates related to this care service.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a human-centered approach.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in on-demand service startups or workforce platforms.
  • Deep understanding of supply-demand dynamics and customer needs in the caring service sector.
  • Ability to design and implement training or engagement programs.
  • Familiar with operational and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Data Studio, CRM, etc.).
