Position: Odoo Developer (ERP)
Location: Grha Bank MAS
We are looking for an
Odoo Developer
to join our team and take a key role in managing and enhancing our
ERP system
. This position will focus on designing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo modules to meet business requirements, while ensuring system scalability, integration, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules to support business operations.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements, new features, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system guides.
- Support end-users with training and issue resolution when necessary.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) as an
Odoo Developer
or ERP Developer. - Strong understanding of
Odoo framework (v12 or above), Python, PostgreSQL, and XML/QWeb
. - Hands-on experience with both
Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise editions
. - Experience with
ERP customization, module development, and third-party integration
. - Familiarity with business processes such as Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Exposure to web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for front-end customization.
