We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax & Accounting Intern to join our team at PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk'. This is a full-time position based in Cibitung. As a Tax & Accounting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other tax-related documentation
- Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes, audit financial statement & tax
- Supporting yearly tax calculations and reports
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Undertaking ad-hoc accounting and tax-related projects as required
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of financial accounting principles and practices (e.g. journal entries)
- Proficiency in using accounting software ERP and taxation system Coretax (is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Tax Accounting Associate to support daily tax and accounting administration tasks, including document matching, filing, reconciliation, and report preparation, to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial and tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download VAT Output invoices from CoreTax on a daily basis.
- Rename and upload tax invoices to SharePoint using standard naming conventions.
- Maintain accurate and complete filing for VAT Output and Input documents.
- Match VAT Input invoices with supporting documents such as Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Vendor Invoices.
- Verify data accuracy, including vendor name, invoice number, DPP, and VAT amount.
- Record and report any discrepancies for follow‑up with related teams.
- Maintain daily logs of document download, filing, and matching activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly tax and accounting reconciliation reports for internal use.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance of all tax and accounting documents according to company policies.
