Job Description
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform local product strategy
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Collaborate with tech PMs, QA, and engineers to ensure smooth product delivery
- Coordinate go-to-market plans with business, marketing, and ops teams
- Handle live issues, troubleshoot partner concerns, and coordinate resolutions
- Support localization efforts, internal training, and partner enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); Master's is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in product management or project-based roles, but exceptions can be made on certain cases
- Experience managing strategic product or project initiatives
- Strong logical thinking and structured approach to solving problems
- Clear and confident communicator in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good stakeholder management skills and strong sense of ownership
- Professional attitude, good character, and work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
