Job Description

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform local product strategy
  • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
  • Collaborate with tech PMs, QA, and engineers to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans with business, marketing, and ops teams
  • Handle live issues, troubleshoot partner concerns, and coordinate resolutions
  • Support localization efforts, internal training, and partner enablement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); Master's is a plus
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management or project-based roles, but exceptions can be made on certain cases
  • Experience managing strategic product or project initiatives
  • Strong logical thinking and structured approach to solving problems
  • Clear and confident communicator in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good stakeholder management skills and strong sense of ownership
  • Professional attitude, good character, and work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
