Requirement
- 1–2 years' experience in business development, sales, or client service (agency/event/marketing preferred)
- Fresh graduates with internship/project experience are welcome
- Strong communication & presentation skills, confident in pitching
- Basic knowledge in preparing proposals & quotations
- Hunter attitude – proactive in finding new opportunities
- Detail-oriented & neat in administration (client tracking, pipeline, reporting)
- Eager to learn about brand activation, event management, and marketing campaigns
- Fluent in English is a plus
Job Desc
- Research market & identify potential clients/brands
- Build a list of prospects & reach out to them
- Support BD Managers in preparing pitching materials & proposals
- Assist in preparing quotations, timelines, and supporting documents
- Maintain basic communication with clients before & after pitching
- Follow up with clients on proposals, feedback, and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, ops) for presentation needs
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline & prospect progress
