We're a fast-growing international startup on a mission to reshape the hospitality tech industry – and we're looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter) to help us take the Go App to the next level.

What You'll Do
• Lead the development and scaling of the ELEV8 Go App (Flutter/Dart)
• Deliver cutting-edge features such as:
• IoT integrations
• Offline-first capabilities
• Voice interaction
• Finance dashboard
• Advanced in-app team chat
• Automatic multi-language translation for every user
• Modern and intuitive UI/UX
• Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to turn complex processes into simple, powerful user experiences
• Ensure top code quality, testing, and documentation
• Contribute to the overall mobile architecture and technology roadmap
What You Bring
• Strong track record in Flutter/Dart mobile app development (3–5+ years)
• Solid knowledge of state management, API integration, and offline-first design
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, MQTT or other real-time protocols
• Familiar with Clean Code principles, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
• Bonus points for experience with IoT, AI integrations, or SaaS products
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Based in Indonesia (preferably Bali) – hybrid setup with office presence when needed
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in an international team
