We are hiring Supply Chain Sr. Officer for our holding group in F&B and Culinary. Office located in Jakarta area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain necessary resources for an effective supply chain.
  • Monitoring and measuring supply chain performance based on established metrics.
  • Manage and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies at headquarters, stores, and production facilities.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to support smooth production and operations.
  • Analyze current inventory levels and procedures, providing recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Forecasting and routine inventory management processes.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in identifying optimal shipping and distribution routes, including warehouse and/or production consolidation.
  • Support the product development team on materials information, such as availability, cost, and alternative products.
  • Monitor vendor performance regarding quality and delivery timelines, and assist in evaluating and qualifying new suppliers.
  • Assist in maintaining relationship with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers in negotiating prices and deal terms to secure favorable deals.
  • Oversee daily workflow and scheduling of the supply chain team.
  • Ensure supply chain processes comply with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Lead the monthly closing process to ensure accurate inventory transactions between vendors, warehouses, and stores.
  • Support three-way matching between purchase orders, received goods, and invoices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in supply chain and PPIC with HORECA (F&B) or manufacturing background.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory control, and warehouse management.
  • Experience working with huge numbers suppliers and vendors, including handling price negotiations and supplier evaluations.
  • Regularly maintains forecasting, stock planning, and logistic processes.
  • Good understanding of shipping, distribution, and procurement practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and inventory management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory reporting).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to supervise daily team activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal aspects in procurement and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
