About the Job:

As a Store Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and construction program of new stores and renovations. This role requires balancing aesthetic design concepts with technical construction execution to ensure every store reflects EIGER's brand identity while meeting quality, cost, and timeline targets.

In this role, you will get to :‍

  • Independently develop and complete store design and construction programs.
  • Create and review architectural drawings, layouts, and RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).
  • Supervise construction progress, coordinate with contractors, and solve on-site issues.
  • Adjust and revise design drawings promptly based on site conditions.
  • Issue and maintain construction-related documents, decoration standards, and material techniques.
  • Ensure store layout, flow, and aesthetics enhance the customer experience while aligning with brand identity.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and progress/variance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Finance, Store Ops) and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What you will Need to Succeed :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputable university.
  • At least 3–5 years of work experience as a Store Concept Designer, Architect, or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in design software: 3D Max, Photoshop, CAD, MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of translating design concepts into real store environments.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willing to be based at Head Office Bandung and travel to project sites as required.
