Qualifications:
- Minimum education D3/S1 in Management, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in operational/logistics administration; prior experience as a coordinator is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Skilled in data processing, including data entry, transaction status updates, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Knowledge of documentation processes (STTB, POD, Handling Document, Stock Opname, etc.).
- Capable of verifying data, handling problematic documents, and coordinating across departments (operations, accounting, customer service).
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to prepare performance reports, error entry reports, and other reporting.
- Able to work under deadlines and familiar with real-time monitoring systems.
- Good understanding of operational/logistics applications and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external customers.
- Possess leadership qualities, proactive, and able to provide new ideas/concepts to support operational development within the company.
